Measured for your home, built for storms

No two Central Florida homes have the same window openings. Block homes from the 70s, wood-frame houses from the 90s, new stucco builds — they all measure differently, and settled frames are the rule, not the exception. That's why every installation starts with a real tape measure on every opening. Your windows are custom-built to fit, not forced to fit.

How installation day works

We work one opening at a time: old window out, opening inspected and prepped, new impact window set, sealed, insulated, and trimmed. Your home is never left open to the weather. Drop cloths go down, old glass leaves with us, and we clean up at the end of every day. Most full-home installs finish in 2–4 days.

What's included

Every installation includes the building permit (we pull it, we schedule the inspection), Florida Product Approval documentation for your records, interior and exterior trim finishing, haul-away of all old windows and debris, and a walkthrough where we open, close, and lock every window with you. You sign off when everything operates the way it should.

Frame and glass choices

We'll walk you through frame materials — vinyl (affordable, low-maintenance), aluminum (strong, slim profiles), and the glass package that fits your goals: standard laminated impact glass, or upgraded with low-E coatings for heat control. Read our ratings guide before we meet and you'll know exactly what the numbers mean.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long from quote to finished installation?

Measuring and quoting takes a week or so; manufacturing the custom windows takes a few weeks; installation itself is usually 2–4 days. Plan on roughly 6–10 weeks total, longer during hurricane-season rushes.

Do I need to be home during installation?

Someone needs to give the crew access, and we recommend being reachable — but you don't need to hover. Many homeowners go to work and check in by phone. Pets should be secured away from work areas.

Will installation damage my walls or landscaping?

Window replacement does disturb the immediate area around each opening — that's unavoidable. We protect floors and landscaping, repair the interior and exterior finishes we disturb, and clean up daily. If an opening reveals hidden rot, we'll show you and discuss the fix before proceeding.

Do you install in condos and townhomes?

Yes, with the association's approval — see our condos and HOAs guide. Multi-story installs just need elevator and access coordination, which we plan with your property manager.
